* Fix crashes on some illegal parameters to oper-only commands
* Fix crash on invalid server introduction (i.e. by services)
* Fix password check that allowed any HMAC-SHA256 password to authenticate

* Fantasy aliases no longer block user commands
* Add fantasy:allowbots
* SQL modules accept numbered parameters
* Fix remote opers not having +y with m_operprefix
* Allow forced nick changes to override mode +N, nicklock, etc
* /MAP is no longer 100+ characters wide
* Add more information to /CHECK output
* Restrict some sensitive output from /WHO to opers
